before the first season.
What is Tierra?
Tierra is a planned premium membership experience connecting people with real working estates. It begins with vineyards in Spain: a way to follow the season, learn from growers, take part in selected decisions, visit where available, and receive an estate allocation.
Do I own the land?
No. Tierra membership does not create legal ownership of land or any financial interest in an estate.
Do I own the vines?
No. Members may be associated with identifiable vines or a row as part of the experience, but that association does not confer legal ownership.
Can I visit?
Visits are intended to be central to Tierra. Availability, timing, capacity and costs will depend on each estate and season.
Do members make farming decisions?
Members may participate in selected decisions where their involvement is appropriate and meaningful. Tierra will not turn every farming choice into a vote.
How much control do members have?
Professional estate teams always retain authority over safety, crop health and commercially critical decisions.
What happens if the harvest is poor?
Agriculture is real and each season is different. Weather, disease and other conditions can reduce or prevent a harvest. Estate-specific terms will explain how allocations are handled.
Do I receive wine?
The first membership is intended to include an allocation of finished wine from the estate. We will not claim each bottle comes exclusively from a member’s associated vines. Exact membership rights, allocations and estate-specific terms will be confirmed before launch.
Can I participate outside Europe?
We expect members to join from many countries, subject to local eligibility and shipping rules. Estate visits are optional.
Is Tierra an investment product?
No. Tierra is a lifestyle and participation experience, not an investment, security, crowdfunding offer or promise of financial return.
Will Tierra expand beyond vineyards?
That is the long-term vision. Olive groves, orchards and other working landscapes may follow, but no experiences beyond the first Spanish vineyard are currently offered.
Will memberships eventually be transferable?
This has not been decided. Memberships should not be purchased with an expectation of transfer, resale or appreciation.
When will the first estate launch?
A launch date and partner estate have not yet been announced. The Founding 100 will be invited to help shape the first experience before wider opening.
